Bertolli’s Grilled salmon with soy sauce and asparagus
2-3 – Salmon fillets
1 glass – Soy sauce
2 spoonfuls – Honey
10gr. – Spring onion
250gr. – Green asparagus
1 tsp. – Sesame
¼ – Lemon
20ml. – Bertolli Mild&Delicate Olive Oil Spray
Spray the pan with Bertolli Mild&Delicate Olive Oil Spray. Add green asparagus and grill.
Season the salmon and place it on the pan, skin side down. Cook until the skin is crisp.
Turn and cook for another minute.
Place the salmon over the asparagus and serve with lemon.
Add soy sauce, honey and pepper to the hot pan.
Pour the sauce over the salmon and top with spring onion and sesame.
