Bertolli’s Spaghetti frutti di mare

20’ Easy 12345

500 gr. — Shrimps
500 gr. —Mussels
2 — Cloves of garlic
350 gr. — Spaghetti
A handful — Parsley
50ml – Bertolli Mild & Delicate Olive Oil Spray
To taste – Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray


Step 1

Spray the pan with Bertolli Mild & Delicate Olive Oil Spray.

Step 2

Add the mussels with white wine and steam them until they are open.

Step 3

Slice the garlic finely and sauté in oil (Bertolli Mild & Delicate).

Step 4

Take the open mussels out of the shell.

Step 5

Add the shrimps to the frying pan. When the shrimps are almost ready, add the mussels.

Step 6

Boil the spaghetti until they are al dente and mix with the shrimps and mussels.

Step 7

Season with salt and pepper and top with parsley and finish with Bertolli Extra Virgin Spray.
