Chocolate brownie with beets and olive oil

100g Dark chocolate
85ml Bertolli EVOO
2 Eggs
250g Sugar
83g Flour
2g Baking powder
100g Boiled beets

Preparation

Step 1

First, melt the dark chocolate and use a whisk to mix it with the EVOO.

Step 2

Next, in a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt.

Step 3

Combine the contents of the two bowls and then add the flour and baking powder. Mix well and grate the beets.

Step 4

Spread the mixture over an oven tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
